Monday, August 16, 2010 Wildcats Camp This Weekend
The Swift Current Diamond Energy Wildcats are hosting their tryout camp this weekend, August 21st and 22nd at the Credit Union iplex in Swift Current. The Wildcats have room for three defencemen and seven forwards in the camp. If you are interested in attending, the forms are available in the downloads section of the league website and can be faxed to 1-501-421-5273 or emailed to pavelyt@yahoo.com.

The University of Regina women's hockey program is hosting an Elite Conditioning Camp on September 3, 4, and 5 at the Co-Operator's Centre in Regina. The purpose of this camp is to give players a clear picture of what is involved in becoming a CIS hockey athlete. The camp is open to Midget AA and Midget AAA players and 2nd year Bantam Players. We would like to thank the many players, coaches and parents in the SFMHL for all the help they have provided with the LU rapid success in the last 6 years. In the ACHA they have won 3 of the last four national championships. Although the school will be a D2 school the women's Hockey will play in D1. We hope to enjoy as much success in the NCAA as we have in the ACHA.
