The Saskatoon Midget AAA Stars, of the Saskatchewan Female Midget AAA Hockey League, are proud to announce the appointment of Mark Peterson to the position of Head Coach for the 2013/14 hockey season.
Mark has both a Kinesiology and Education degree from the U of S and is currently in his second year of teaching at Evan Hardy Collegiate. Mark has coached various high school sports including Football, Track & Badminton.
In the hockey world, Mark has played through the Midget AAA level in Moose Jaw where he captained the team for two years. His participation led him to pursue both his teaching career and continue his development and involvement in coaching. His most recent coaching endeavors include Female SaskCan Bantam AAA and Female Comet Bantam AA teams.
Mark has a love for hockey, is well organized, and a great communicator and teacher. We look forward to Mark continuing the pursuit of his coaching goals within our organization and know he will be an asset to the continued growth and success of the Saskatoon Stars Hockey Program.
